Snow Canyon Invitational Track and Field Meet
Cost: $126 for bus, hotel (Best Western Town and Country in Cedar City), and $30 for food
Meet Location: Snow Canyon High School
Need: Medical and Insurance paper Notarized, copy of
insurance card if you have insurance
Parent Meeting: March 2nd @5pm in the high
school Commons Area: We will have a
quick parent meeting to cover details, collect parent permission slips, and get
Medical/Insurance paper notarized (I will have a notary there so you don’t have
to find one).
Itinerary
3/11

Depart @ 8am for St. George
-
Stop at Walmart to get food/snacks before
heading to Snow Canyon for the Meet

Arrive at Snow Canyon by 1pm
-
When Day 1 events are over, we will stop
and get food before going to the hotel in Cedar City (the close hotels were
booked, something else going on that weekend).

10:00pm in rooms

10:30pm lights out

Depart at 7am (get breakfast before…)

Meet starts at 9am
-
Tentative end of meet should be around 1
or 2pm
-
Leave for Herriman afterwards

Stop somewhere for food
-
Arrive at Herriman by 7 or 8pm
*Make sure you pack your: uniform, training shoes, competition shoes, toiletries, pajamas, some regular clothes for travel, $$$ for food and meet t-shirt if you want one, sunscreen, phone charger, headphones, and snacks.
