2. Get a physical (must be done this school
year). Upload ALL 3 PAGES to RegisterMyAthlete all at once. (Click
HERE)
3. Pay fees and have the secretary put a copy
of the receipt in Coach Haag's mailbox
Uniform = $50 (this
is for the Top only, if you need a short, you'll need to buy one off of the
spirit pack)
Participation = $100
(Required for Participation)
Athletic Clearance Information (Everyone needs to be cleared with a physical to participate):
1. Fill out this Google form and submit.
2. Complete the RegisterMyAthlete registration. (Including E-Sign the disclosure)
