Every Athlete will need to fill out and bring a UHSAA Tryout Checklist with them to their first day of practice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Athletes will need to complete an Athletic Packet (If not previously completed for another sport this year.&amp;nbsp; If you have already competed specify which sport so that info can be located).&lt;br /&gt;Athletes need to have a current annual physical.&amp;nbsp; Forms need to be completed and turned in with packet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;U of U Sports Medicine are doing $20 physicals for those who need this done.&amp;nbsp; Please let your coach know if you will be going ASAP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When: Monday 3/5/12 @ 4:00 pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where: University of Utah Healthcare South Jordan Health Center&lt;br /&gt;5126 W. It  will be held on Thursday January 26th beginning at 5:00 pm. The Olympic Oval  will be open at 4:00 for athletes to warm up. The first running event  will be the 1600m at 5:00. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Important Information - &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Only 3/16" spikes will be allowed on the track. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Registration will take place at the event - there is no pre-registration required.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Each athlete will need to pay $5 and may run as many events as they would like. Spectators and coaches are free.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Chocolate Milk has been donated by the Utah Dairy Council - each athlete will receive one bottle of chocolate milk.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;Athletes will also have to&amp;nbsp;fill out a waiver that Coach Barnes will have. It is time to get working!&amp;nbsp; Our success this outdoor season will depend on your hard work and consistency this indoor season.&amp;nbsp; Talk to your event coaches for where and when practices will be, because we will have practice on a daily basis.&amp;nbsp; Check out the indoor schedule on the schedule page and start planning out your schedule.&amp;nbsp; It would be good for everyone to run in at least a couple of meets, even if you get your butts kicked.&amp;nbsp; You need to register with the county &lt;a href="http://www.activityreg.com/clientpage.wcs?clientid=SLCMAIN&amp;amp;siteid=1"&gt;HERE&lt;/a&gt; or fill out a hard copy and send it in, cost is only $35 for three months of coaching.&amp;nbsp;
